Posting And Delivery

All online orders or enquiries will be acknowledged by e-mail or telephone. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours then please call 00 44 (0)1757 282525.

Books will be despatched the next working day after payment has been received. Standard postal costs for the UK are £3.00 for the first book and an additional £2.50 for each additional book in the same package. Please add this to the cost of the book. Many of the books are heavy, however there will be no additional postage charges (UK only), unless the book description states otherwise. For very light books we may be able to offer a reduction against the standard post charge. Parcels weighing 750g or less will normally be sent 1st class, heavier parcels will normally be sent standard parcel post.

Proof of posting will be obtained for all packages.

Items priced at £25 or over (excluding postage) may be sent recorded delivery at no extra charge.

Payment

If you are paying by methods other than by credit or debit card then please order by e-mail or telephone. Other acceptable methods of payment are personal cheque (Sterling or US dollar), bankers draft, postal order, cash (at senders risk), Paypal and wire transfer.

Orders will normally only be despatched on receipt of cleared payment.
